Ivan heads the litigation practice of Stephenson Harwood Hong Kong. Ivan is a very experienced commercial litigator in Hong Kong, having practiced here for more than 25 years.
He specialises in commercial disputes (particularly shareholders and contractual disputes), banking and international trade finance disputes and insolvency matters. He has handled various large and complex commercial litigation, mostly involving PRC or other cross border elements.
